Loading Screen bug

When my game is loading after champ select, I cannot see the pictures of the champions at all, its just black. In addition there are no border colors. However, I can see my name as well as the names of the Champions of each of the players, and the names of every player as the game is loading. I think it may be a bug resulting from the new patch because I never had this occur before.
