Still loosing Ip and Still not being refunded
title, i submitted 7 tickets, posted on two threads, and created my own and got no love. am i being ignored?

Joking aside, hopefully you can get your issue resolved.
i play a game, get 1700 ip or more to get mystery shard and i have the ip and it says i cant afford than i restart client and im missing about 100 ip, this happened a few times, so its more than just 100 ip
