[CLIENT] Ninja Rammus Has No Champion Icon in Spectator Mode

Bug) I was spectating a friend of mine today and noticed that there was a missing champion icon in the Scoreboard and on the Side. I am not sure if it's just for Ninja Rammus, but the Rammus icon was missing and only showed up as a black square.

Reproduction) Possibly through creating a game using Ninja Rammus skin and having a friend spectate it. I do not own Ninja Rammus so I cannot check it myself.

Frequency) I came across this by chance and rarely see any Ninja Rammus skins so I have only seen this once.

Note) I have not spectated any other Rammus games so I do not know if it is just Rammus himself or solely the Ninja Rammus skin nor do I know if the skin even makes a difference in this matter.
