Skins Not Coming Up

I really don't know what is going on recently but 2 days in a row now, I buy a new skin (Dunkmaster Darius / Championship Shyvana), go into queue, pick the champ, pick the skin, and wait for loading....only to get regular skin.

This happened 2 times in a row with Darius before I gave up, and is happening with Shyvana right now.

I paid money for this please fix.
