Greyed out Game options (Re-logging fixes maybe)

Logged in today and i am unable to ply any game mode other than Blind Pick and ARAM, I am a lvl 30 summoner with a plethora of champs so I shouldn't be seeing this. I'm guessing its a bug in the client or something. Re-Logging did fix the problem but for how long. Signal Boost if you have had this problem so that RIOT can see it.
