ryze attack not bouncing up to 6 times

his bounce attack which should do up to 6 bounces hits initial target and is doing only 2 bounces for me using uncle ryze. He already sucks enough after getting his mastery changed, but now his bounce which makes his ult somewhat worth while worthless with only 2 actual bounces. every time i use it it only is doing 2 and occasionally it is doing 3, but only if target is on the very farthest of the bounce. it used to re bounce a target so even with only 2 minions of a minion train it should still re bounce. please check this out, ryze has now entered one of my least fav champs with this plus him losing his tankibility.
