(Glitch) Champion walks down mid lane straight to enemy fountain.

Hello, this is my first post in the forums but i encountered a glitch that need attention.

So i decided to play Sion on the top lane, i had a Udyr in my team that needed a leash so i went the the top most bush on the river...but I was forced to walk down mid line and into turrets and fed first blood, and it happen a second time i tried going top again and it kept happening so i decided to quickly quit the game. I decided i wont reconnect because i missed out on stacks and probably feed if i extend at all. But has this happen to anyone else?
