RCDATA-122 Interesting Code

I just opened this file in D:\RADS\projects\lol_game_client\releases\0.0.1.67\deploy\League of Legends.exe\RCDATA\122 using Visual studios and found some interesting vulgar phrases and very inappropriate words in the code.

I'm scared to put a screenshot up because I don't want to get banned.

My initial thought was it was a list of censored words, but h*tler is a censored word and it wasn't in the list. Rito pls help/explain as I am new to programming and I am sure there is a valid explanation for this. :D
