Client is making me disconnect from the internet?

So basically for the last few months this has been happening where I'll start a game and we go through champion selected and get our team and than boot up and than BOOM I will disconnect from any voice communication or any browser I have up, literally I can t connect to the internet for awhile or league after waiting a few than it will come back up or I will have to full restart my computer.

I know it is not my computer or anything because I will have other games not do any of this not Overwatch not Dota I have re-installed the client several times but it still doesn't fix the problem, I usually wouldn't make a big deal out of it but it made me become a leaver for a game and lose 38 LP trying to go in my promos, I know it's not a big deal because I can make that up in some games, but I am just wondering if anyone else is having this problem and what are the steps to fix it because it only happens when I play league that I will literary disconnect from voice communication and browsers and the game itself and not be able to connect after a short period but withing that short period I will have been marked a leaver and lose LP or a win.
