red banner on forums - bug - not banned

I have not been banned or notified of any bad behavior but all of the forums have a red banner at the top and the forums have not been refreshed since this occurred over a week ago. This is clearly a bug and not an issue with me being banned whatsoever due to the fact that there are no NEW discussions on any forums and they are all dated to over a week ago.

Please help with this fix.
