[Client/Crash] Client freezing during ranked champion select - Mac OSX El Capital

Sometimes during champion select, my client simply freezes and I am unable to click on anything or otherwise interact with the client. I've already lost ranked LP through this and it's a pain in the ass to even want to queue because I don't know if I'm just going to get booted out or not. Nothing happens while I am in game, it is only during ranked champion select, as far as I can tell...

Been keeping track of things I am doing that may trigger the crash and I haven't seen a pattern, will keep this post updated with anything. I have friends playing on Macs and so far they do not have the issue which is strange.. will edit with upload of system specs.

Is anyone else having this issue on either PC/OSX/Linux?
