Champ Select bug

When i'm in champion select and someone is picking or banning the timers goes to 0 and nothing happens then makes me dodge. I've been able to temp fix the problem in champ select by unplugging my wifi adapter and plugging it back in and ill reconnect and will be able to pick sometimes, but only if it's in time. This has made me lose 3 promos and has lost me a lot of lp. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and repaired game files and none of it has worked.
