Hecarim E

Hec E seems to be bugged. Or something. Say you hit E to start the ability, then Mark/Dash or ult into the enemy team. When you should come out of the ult/dash ramming them and pushing them, it just does a normal attack animation. It also doesn't push them back or seem to do the damage it should.

But it does seem to work if you just run right at them or use flash. In the video you can see about 11 attempts, most of them unsuccessful. The only times it worked were without mark/dash or ult.
