Yasuo E-Q Bug - Gameplay

This bug is a pretty simple one, when you e then q onto someone as Yasuo, the q AOE effect doesn't go through, even though the animation does. The AOE effects people around you, but usually not the target that you e onto. In a 1v1, if I e-q'd onto someone, most of the time the q will not hit them. Its a pretty simple bug but one that needs fixing. It makes me sad and feel bad about myself when I e-q miss... ;-;
