Karma W Visual Bug

When starting a game I've had this bug happen a few times, we start out and before anyone even chooses an ability karma's W looks like it's tethered to someone and is blinking on, and no matter what you do it will remain looking that way until the end of the game.

Its been a bug for a while now. Since 3 patches ago. Maybe even longer. I learned to ignore it. I also think sometimes her R doesn't prime itself at times when pressed. Karma is in an abysmal state so I figure it will continue to be ignored like the other glaring issues I could list.
