[CLIENT] Cannot get into game.

The bug occurs after everyone has finished pick ban and prepares to load in. The timer reaches 0 and then doesn't load into the game. I have experienced this bug twice and even if someone "dodges" everyone is still stuck in the loadout stage. I've dodged once and have not incurred a penalty. Is there a server side issue or should I repair my client?
