Still not able to load in correctly after months.

A few patches ago i could not load in to any games and had to leave and reconnect. I found a temporary fix that if i loaded into practice tool i could load into summoners rift fine. Now when im loading in I sit at 40% then 79% and after maybe 30 seconds to a minute i finally reach 100. I can only load into ARAMs slowly but surely. I've looked around and a few are having the exact same problems as me since the original not being able to load in.
