[CLIENT] Champ select locked me out of doing anything except, timer locked at 0

Steps I performed before the bug:

1. Played a game of summoner's rift
2. Hit play again
3. Queued up again to soft-int botlane as normal
4. Waited for champ select to load up {Bug happens here}

The timer was locked at 0. I could not see any of my teammates names, but my chat functioned as normal. I could not select any champions, and when I tried I was met with a "Please try again later" error message.

System specs:

i7-6700 (non-k) 16gb DDR4-2133 RAM RTX 2060 FE 500gb SSD

All hardware running on latest drivers.
