[GAMEPLAY] Twisted Fate - Being Polymorphed causes E Passive Visual Bug

I was playing a normal game vs mid lane, and when I went in for a trade, an interesting interaction occurred when Lulu polymorphed me and I used my stun card. My E passive stayed on me (visually) permanently. No extra damage was done, it was simply a VISUAL bug. When my passive was supposed to come up, I would see the passive twice.

Additionally, during the time I was polymorphed, my Q went invisible, still proccing thunderlord's, and becomes visible again once polymorph wears off.

I have provided a link to a video of this happening. This has only happened to me one time and this is again, only a visual bug. Everyone on my team and on the enemy team could see the bug as well, making it hard for the Lulu (and me ;-;) to know when I had my damage.
