Free Unchained Alistar Skin is not being recieved on this account.

So everytime I go to,

http://youtube.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/youtube/

To get and his Unchained skin, a pop-up appears of "There was an error adding the Alistar skin to your account. Please try again later."

So I looked at some potential fixes like doing this on a different browser and that didn't work.

I tried different YouTube accounts and everything but nothing has seemed to work for me.

P.S, Dreadknight and Riot Girl worked but not Unchained .
