Game client froze

Hey, Just wanted to report that my game client froze and went black as soon as I accepted a game for ranked solo/duo. I was also penalized for not being able to pick a champ, obviously because my client had a blackout lol. Anyways, just figured I would shout it out just in case anyone else experiences this.

Experiencing black screens in champ select then returning to the lobby is usually the result of a failure to establish a stable connection to the servers.

Champ Select in all modes requires a more steady connection than the lobby as picks (and bans for Draft) are processed in real-time. This is why it's more vulnerable to disconnect there.

Troubleshoot your connectivity issues.
