[Client] Not showing drops in IP

Recently whenever I've bought things with IP the client hasn't been showing the updated amount until, in some cases, a day or two later. As of later I've primarily been buying runes (tier 3 CDR glyphs), and I believe for the past 8 runes I've bought there's been some delay in showing the reduced amount of IP in my account. Not a serious bug really, but it has been frustrating not being sure how much IP I have.
