Illaoi's E (Test of Spirit) bug

Hi there!

So, i was playing another Illaoi game, and i noticed that her E (test of spirit) have ridiculously fast relieve timer ( time when u are able to do dmg to the soul that you've grabbed). Want to note that timer seems to go faster as soon as singed proks his passive.
