In new cards i have bug.Swamp Master Kennen -20% that is = 1120 but this skin on the shop is 520 rp that is really bug for me

If you do not already own Kennen, the price includes the 20% off the RP price for Kennen, which at 880RP would be brought down to 704.
704 for Kennen + 416 for the skin = 1120 together
If you do own Kennen, then it is a bug, but if you don't then that's the price it should be.... and it's how Riot got be to buy Jinx lol.
