Unresponsive, 0.5 delay since new HUD.

Since this new update I get 0.5s delay on every mouse click and button press. Makes competitive play impossible! I also noticed Kennen's Q going THROUGH enemy champions sometimes, hitting the minions behind if there are any, or turrets NOT firing at the first few minions that enter firing range, but at you, with no enemy damage done.

Even in matches where I get a steady 37ms ping. Also, my ping sit at 59-61 because locked at 60, but sometimes at the beginning of a match it is stuck at 30 for the first minute.
