Game Crashed During Champion Selection

I believe this has been going on for a while, but, recently I've been playing with some friends and it happened to all of us one after another : The game just stops responding during champion selection. It just says "X player left the room" and it doesn't cancel the queue. Even if the player comes back he ends up on the main page and the champion select screen just continues until he fails to ban or select a champion. Thankfully this happened during normal game but I wouldn't want this to happen during ranked.
