@riot s rank token!!

i just played a amazing blitz game and im going for my second token. well im using the alpha client and right as i click the victory t go to the over view the client crashes. i reload and i get the notification i got an S+ for the game and i received a chest. in my loot there is no chest but more importantly there is no token.... can anyone help here?? please????
