Preventing me from patching???

Every time I try to log in I get a message saying "Something's up with our servers and it's preventing you from patching. We're giving it another shot. In the meantime, you can check the status of our servers here. (Error code 003)". And I get kicked back to the patching screen where this message just keeps popping up repeatedly.

I seen a message say there's trouble for some player creating a lobby but nothing about patching. Anyone else having issues?

My game is patched, I just got done playing a game, got this message and now I can't play anymore games.
