GAMEPLAY- Lee Sin's Q has no dash animation-instantly teleports to target

Just encountered this bug in a custom Howling Abyss game. Don't know if it's relevant but the Lee Sin had the Boxer skin. In the game the Lee Sin's Q didn't do the dash animation to the target and instantly teleported to the target. This lasted the whole game and showed for both me and my teammate.
