Diana q hitbox bug

I was playing an Aram as Syndra and kept receiving damage from Diana's q even though it was never close to me or cast. Example: I was coming back from spawn to join my team and Diana had just used q on my teammates and all of a sudden Diana dashes to me killing me instantly and the damage from the kill thing, I forget the name. said I received damage from it even though she had recently used it before I was close to my team. Another time during the same game I was about the size of nautilus, using his model as a size reference, away from her q and died even though her q was way off. Everyone in the game said that it was to far and no idea how that ever hit me.
