Game Unplayable [pls help]

In the lobby i pressed find match and the immediately it found me a match. In the champion select screen someone dodged and I got back into queue and again immediately a match was found so I pressed accept and it said that I had accepted the match but the timer run out and again a new match was found at the very next second the previous ready check ended, also a notification appeared saying that a player declined the ready check. I clicked again accept but the timer run out again and the notification appeared with another ready check the second after the previous ended. So this kept happening again and again so I clicked declined to exit this infinite loop and I got the notification that said that I'm declining too many games. So i got in queue to find a game but the timer just went on and on and when I tried to exit the queue by clicking the X button at the bottom of the client, i heard the normal sound but I didn't exited the queue. I also tried to exit by clicking the X right next to the timer, but nothing happened. I restarted the client and when i pressed find match I was banned for 30 minutes because I "declined too many matches" while no ready check appeared. After the ban was over I tried again to find a match. A ready check appeared, I clicked accept, the time run out but the music was still going. So I restarted the client again and tried to find another match but the timer keeps on going and I can't exit the queue. Again. So is this a problem with my pc and client or did this happened to anyone else? And I really wanted to try ap Rakan...
