[Client] Champion Summoner's are not displayed during Champ Select Only After Player Selects

In the Beta Client. When I am picking my champion the summoner spells do not display until the user on my own team has been hovered to select their champion to play. It is just blank before they select it. I think this is a bug but I am not certain. Hope this helped! CubesDestroyer
