[GAME PLAY] Quinn E bug

Hard to describe, watch the gif and watch Quinn teleport after E'ing zed. and how long it take for her to get there. (when Quinn goes off screen in the bot left side she teleports to the middle of screen.)

I have never experienced this before and I have played a lot of Quinn.
