[GAMEPLAY] Either Warwick or Smite is able to completely scramble Anivia's egg

So in a game today, I was playing as Anivia, and we were up against a Warwick with who could thus smite us.

In a clash between our teams, Warwick went straight for me, smiting and then ulting me. And though my egg passive was up, I died immediately, without the egg going on cooldown. I could even hear the "frost" sound where there's supposed to be a descending snowflake indicating when Anivia respawns. So, either the smite or Warwick's ult cancelled my passive. I would have a video, but unfortunately the replay was corrupted.
