Client doesn't auto pop up during bans

I don't know if this is an unintended bug or just a really, really (read: REALLY) horrific oversight on the new queue system. But when the game is in the background or minimized, it doesn't pop up for bans. It still pops up for champion select... but not bans. Here's the problem with that. You get dropped from a lobby for not selecting a ban! It basically treats it as though you dodged a game instead of skipping the ban like it once did, but doesn't pop up for it all the same?!

It's been the third... maybe fourth? time I've been kicked from a ranked lobby because the client didn't pop up for the ban phase and I didn't hear the ten second ticker over other things at the time. :s
