"PVP patch Kernal has stopped working"

I was disconnected after (yet another) laggy match tonight. Up until 2 patches ago, I never had any latency issues playing League of Legends, none, ever. Never once DCed from a game or left a game in the 2+ years I have played. So tonight, I get dc'ed and then I am reloading, game wont launch, after numerous attempts at launching it continues not to launch and I continue to attempt to relaunch. Several failed attempts launching and then Finally "PVP Patch Kernal has stopped working" error message over and over again for the first 10 minutes of my match. Anytime I got the game to launch, it would reload me to a black screen and sit there and would not allow me to reconnect to the match. Eventually I FINALLY load into the game, I play to the end and catch up, and the icing on the cake here is that I must type " I Agree" not to leave matches anymore because its a violation of the summoner agreement.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIOT??!?!?! REALLY? Your "Tribunal" Should be renamed "Automated we don't give a FK about your gameplay and we will ban you for our faulty programming-bunal" Thanks, I'm never playing league again, I just uninstalled.
