[GAMEPLAY] SSW Thresh Skin Visual and gameplay bug

in the SSW Thresh skin there is a visual bug in which he does not properly grip his scythe, here are some screen shots comparing this to the Classic to show what i mean. In the Game play bug, every time you death sentence his scythe is facing the wrong direction. I tested this with the others skins as well and got the same results.
