Create mastery page failed at login

I don't know why but every time i login i get a failed to create a mastery page popup.

Maybe it is related to my account or something I don't know.

I am using the new client. And btw the login time is very long compared to the old client.

had the same issue i redid all my mastery pages and it stopped, not ideal.
