[Gameplay] Cannot access store still in 5.15 on win10

Still Cannot access the store, peripherals software have been ruled out, both by keyboard commands or clicking the store. Only opens/toggles the complete char info popout window and it blocks me from using abilities. Please fix this as I cannot play a match with the new gangplank to get his skin, which is really bringing me down in regards to LoL. And this is a game-breaking, fun-destroying bug.

Load into game on my system, cannot access store under ANY circumstances, even after death or relogging.
