[CLIENT]Cant Connect After Champ Select, But I Can Spectate..?

So, I'll start off by saying that I started having these issues as soon as patch 4.21 started and that I had to do some traveling and I'm currently stuck at a hotel using it's Wi-Fi. I was able to download the patch just fine, and I can login without any problems. Now,I sort of suspected that I would have issues connecting to a game so I've only been trying to load into custom games (unsuccessfully mind you) so I wouldn't get reported. So for a while I was thinking, "Well, guess I'll have to deal with it for two weeks since the hotel is blocking the ports" but then I found out I was able to spectate a game. I've also tried a bunch of different fixes to try and be able to connect to a game.

Fixes: Repair Restart Computer Hotspot Shield Turn off Firewall/Make sure LoL is allowed

TL;DR In a Hotel using it's Wifi, can't connect to a game but I can spectate. Not sure if hotel is blocking ports or if it's a client/server/computer issue
