Shen Q + Relic Shield Proc

Hey there, minor bug, but still impactful. When Shen applies the Vorpal Blade effect to a minion and uses a Relic Shield stack to execute that minion, the healing from Vorpal Blade is no applied. I don't know if this is by intention, but has become frustrating as a player who loves Shen in the support role.

The healing capacity of Vorpal Blade really starts to add up and, in the support role, Shen has far fewer opportunities to sustain off his Q while allowing lane partner to control the lane/CS comfortably.
