Eternum cassiopeia sound bug

Every time when eternum cass is spawned in the fountain(both at the beginning of the game and during the game), it makes a really loud noise.

I dont own the skin, just saw it on stream so I am not sure how to reproduce it.

That's not a bug that's the exact same sound that Eternum Rek'Sai makes to. I'm not sure if the sound is meant to trigger in the fountain but it's definitely a part of the skin.
