[CHAMPION BUG] Xin Zhao's W cancels his auto-attacking if pressed too quickly when it's on cooldown

When playing , if you press your W skill (Wind Becomes Lighting) too often, Xin will just stop attacking his current target. This can cause a huge loss of DPS (and often, death) in teamfights if you press it too often when it's about to come off cooldown. None of his other abilities do this (E, Q, or R), even when pressed absurdly fast.

Please fix :)
