Client stops patching during an update.

The update gets to a random percentage (usually around half way) and the internet speed will drop off for the client, however I still am able to use the internet everywhere else. The speed eventually goes to (0 KBps) and never goes back up. The internet is still working for all other programs on the computer. I am forced to close the window to restart the the patch update, and because I had to close it during an update the client is then forced to scan through all league of legend files to begin the download again. This makes the process of updating the game after a patch terribly long, it usually happens twice, once on each step of the update. This bug is not limited to one computer either. I have had the same issue with both my laptop and my desktop while trying to update league.
