Client occasionally bugs out in game and refuses to allow me to cast spells

Alright so this bug has been seriously bugging me, costing me games and I cant for the life of me figure out what is wrong. Occasionally, though it has ramped up in frequency,the in game client bugs out, preventing me from casting and spells from my keyboard. I can still technically cast my spells by manually clicking on the spell on the screen and selecting the location, but quick cast is disabled along with normal cast. resetting the keybinds in game doesnt work at all, and the only way I fount that sometimes fixes the problem is by exiting out of the client and reloading into the game. Recently, even this has started to fail. This bug has cost me about 50 lp, and a small suspension because players think im afk or inting. ive done everything that I know with my non tech savvy mind, including uninstalling and reinstalling the client, but this bug persists, but only at random intervals. Plz help anyone that knows the solution to this
