Frozen all of a sudden (In Game)

Just tried my first game with , needless to say I won't be doing that again lol. However, I was team fighting on two different occasions and all of a sudden, I was unable to move. So I thought I was lagging until I saw their entire enemy team running at me at full force still attacking me until I died. What I saw was the reconnecting bar come up (which made me think it was lag), my ping was a steady 35ms give or take a little. So of course naturally, I'm still thinking it may have been a little bug or actual lag spike. It didn't add up cause everyone else around me were moving perfectly fine. I've seen a few other people on the opposing team say the same thing in different matches prior to my incident. Just wondering if anyone else in the community has had the same issue? Or know if this is a major issue?
