Rengar Bug?

After jumping Rengar will sit there and not attack the target for what seems like longer than the normal delay between his auto attacks. The same thing happens if you hit q and then jump or hit q as you jump.

If you jump and after landing hit q then it feels normal.

Jump+q>pause>auto jump>pause>auto (no q) Jump>q>auto It should be Jump>auto

I'm not sure if this is an intentional mechanic, but if it is it should not be. I understand why it would a reasonable mechanic for when rengar jumps onto a champion (so that he can't one shot them), but for minions and jungle camps it is not justified.

You shouldn't have to rely on hitting q after landing for it to seem normal. It makes his clears weird if u are jumping to the camp a lot. Also, it makes it harder for new Rengar players. Generally it just feels unnatural when you are clearing the jg and very frustrating if you hit q before or as you jumped and landed and have to watch the camp hit you a few times before he starts attacking again.
