After having a fight and being low and returning to base right after i buy the wrong item. i press the undo button so i can buy the right item, once i do the health and mana i regenerated from fustian also gets reversed to what it was before. so for example im at 100 then lose health and go to 25 i recall and go to shop and buy. after a few seconds im back at 100 health, during that time i am buying items but a click the wrong item to buy to then i press the undo button. once i do i undo the item i bought get my gold back but i also lose health back to 25 health were i was at before i recalled back to base. this always happens to when i undo in shop i dont know why and it sucks because if its later on in the game and i undo i have to wait extra seconds to be at full to run back in the fight losing time.

This is, more or less, working as intended. If I recall correctly, the way the undo function works is it reverts your character to how you were when you bought the item, with the exception of gold/xp. I recall the reasoning being that when they implemented Redo, coding it any other way just wasn't an option, spaghetti code and all, so maybe we'll see it changed in the future. But for now it's Working As Intended.

They did this to prevent users from buying high HP items then using Undo to "sell" them. The player health would stay at whatever percent it was before the purchase (so if they had 10% of 1800, they then got 10% of, say, 2600). After using Undo originally, that player kept the HP, leaving them with 260HP, as opposed to 180HP. This issue was further compounded by such items as Warmog's, which increases HP regen when a player has above a certain amount of HP.

Riot wanted to avoid players gaming the system as much as possible, so as annoying as it is, it's necessary.
