[GAMEPLAY] Sion Q Knock up into E can do 0 dmg

Just a random bug I had run into. Only happens when you cast E at the second the knock up is applied.

It does NOT matter if Q is fully charged or not, just as long as the knock up is applied and E is immediately cast as soon as it lands. Now it does do damage as long as you wait about half a second then cast E. I have only tested this on minions, have yet to test on champions.

I can repeat this bug as many times as I want as long as the steps are as followed.
