Lost 9LP yesterday for dodging a ranked game for the first time

I was in my promos yesterday and I end up losing the first game so I went down to 82 lp. After that I won my 2nd promo and went back up to 99lp. In my 3rd champion select I was trying to get mid; I'm a OTP so I have an extremely low chance of winning unless I get mid in general. I end up having to jungle and I was trying to select my champ with 10 seconds left. I type in reksai.. he's banned. I type in graves and he's banned. I end up fucking up and not picking a champion so I went from 99lp to 90 right then and there. I haven't played another ranked game so idk why this happened. It was my first dodge of the day so I don't know why I lost 9 lp instead of 3.
